The entire roof system drains to a 6,000lt rain water tank system, to provide fresh water for washing machine and toilet usage. Water efficient dual flush toilets, tap fittings and showerheads, all reduce water consumption considerably while hot water systems are located within apartments, reducing pipe runs and minimising water wastage.
